A Nutrition Plan You Can Stick To

This plan offers flexibility yet has some strict guidelines.  Follow the eating window protocol, eat within any 8 hour window and fast for 16 hours.  Food selection is critical to give the body what it needs.  Nutrient dense foods will keep you from over eating.
